PDO FARGA VARIETY
This oil is the product of careful and laborious work to recover lost farms where we find olive trees of the FARGA variety.
They are certified trees with more than a thousand years old and, having survived fires, frosts, droughts and all kinds of pests, they can still be admired in all their beauty and majesty, in scattered places of the Mediterranean mountains.
FARGA is an almost extinct variety that is no longer planted today, since it has been replaced by other more productive varieties. You have in your hands the liquid essence of a piece of the history of these trees that we want you to enjoy, just as our ancestors did for more than a thousand years.
